The Empire Theatre is committed to providing an experience that respects the dignity and independence of every guest, consistent with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). We want everyone in our community to enjoy a night at the theatre.

Accessible seating

Wheelchair seating is available. To make sure we reserve the right space for you, please contact the box office when booking at 613-969-0099 or boxoffice@theempiretheatre.com and let us know what you need.

Support persons and service animals

Support persons and service animals are welcome at the Empire Theatre. If you are attending with a support person, tell the box office when you book so we can seat you together.

Requesting accommodations

If there is anything that would make your visit easier, from seating to entry assistance, reach out to the box office ahead of your visit. The earlier we know, the better we can prepare.
